As Maldorf outlined, what would you say if a guy stepped on stage with obvious calf, chest or biceps implants? Drugs, SEO, etc are a thing... but implants, no way... that's not enhancing "naturally" (lol) what nature gave you...

No its not, but I think its not appealing when your chest looks like it has 2 water balloons sitting on it. When they are that lean you can see the outlines of the perimeter of the implants. Two large globes sitting on her chest.
