Excessive cramping

My muscle cramps are probably worse than most , I dealt with this issue for several years.
I used to think their was an electrolyte deficiency or disease I might have, evey single workout session would lead me to a cramp, hamstrings, calves, forarms, fingers, back, chest, toes, and the fng worst was the QAUDS!!!!! I mean to the point I would scream and literally cry and beg god for it to go away. It would literally feel like the muscle was being torn apart and would leave me limping for days. I was scared of my leg work outs!!!, I asked doctors, would research every thing I could on muscle cramps, tried every thing you name it.
I also have back issues, herniated discs and other things, so maybe this is the problem.
2 things I highly recommend that work for me is Taurine with with vitamin b6 and this BCAA'S but the only brand that worked for me was by Usp labs, "modern bcaas". If I dont take these to supplements I always get cramps, never fails. I dont wana depend on this but its all I can do for now. Hope this helps.
