Exemestane - Long Term use

I’m one of those genetically un-gifted folks that is prone to da fat tit.

Been on 200mg Test E/week (100mg twice per week) and 25mg/week (12.5mg twice per week) for 10+ years. All labs are good.

Just worried about long term sides / concerns from this stuff—-???

You should know where your estrogen levels are, that will prevent any issues. If you are using it long term go and spring for the bloodwork so you are not guessing.

Using too much exemestane can lower your HDL and also cause your bones to leach calcium. Any AI done too high for a long time will do this.

There is no set standard dosing, you really gotta just test and see. I need less exemestane when I'm really lean, more when I'm fluffier.

If you are on TRT you should be running an amount that keeps your E2 under 40 or so and there should be no need for an AI

I hear this applied to AIs a lot but I believe aromasin is not known for impacting lipids where arimidex is.

Also the above I believe is also driven by low E2 in humans. This makes me wonder if people are inaccurately attributing low E2 driven issues to a drug being using improperly (the AI) to arrive at low E2.

Do you OR ANYONE have specific medical studies or sources to where this is linked directly to aromasin as the drug and properly used (versus low E2 itself)? I've never gotten this and see it quoted all the time.

For what it's worth I've used aromasin coming on/off/increasing/decreasing as needed for a decade to maintain E2 is range on HRT or cycles and it's never moved my HDL even 1 point that I've seen. That said even tren/orals don't have a massive impact on my HDL (yes noticeably move but not giant) so I might not see it on my testing.
