Iam currently mid cycle and my gyno has started to come back bad. I can usually keep it under control with taking arimidex eod . I want to try exemestane but should I start with a heavy dose at first .

Nolvadex and aromasin 25mg 3days in a row then take aromasin according to your test dose

Iam running 750mg of cyp and 400mg of prop a week.
My stats are 5-7, 183, 39 yrs old. I take arimidex eod day but bumped it up to ed this last week.

If your going to switch , i prefer aromasin. 25mg ed. Split your dose if you can.. due to its short half life.

If you haven't been using an AI and developed gyno symptoms I would use a SERM now like NOLVADEX. If your prone I would suggest an AI and/or SERM starting day one and throughout with your cycle(s).

12.5mg/ED, but some will require 25mg/ED.

+1 for 12.5.
I feel like Aromasin is one compound you can take and see the effects, you will see if you need to up but 12.5 for me is perfect
