Different ways for reduce the body weight.Some people
like the exercise work and some people like the diet foods
for the weight loss.But i like the these exercises for the weight loss like,..
1 Swimming
2 Cycling
3 Running
4 Push up.

None of these will do shit as far as reducing bodyfat if you eat garbage. Loosing weight(bodyfat) is about what you eat for the most part.
 
For the fitness purposes cardio and abs are more effective exercises.
I prefer to do jogging, running, swimming, cycling, rope jumping, push ups, pull ups, and sits ups to enhance my fitness level.

Basically something that actually works for it should be done i mean that helps the body to be better which is the the kinda need of the body.
So i guess doing all the approprioate workout can really be good for it.
 
I like cardio exercise because i think cardio is the only exercise from which we can get fitness. There are many cardio but these are my most favorite.

Swimming
Cycling
