Alot of different CORE type exercises with weights and tools like kettleball sand stuff. You have to play with it looking for a certain exercises though. I wante dmy wife to see how to do lunges and type din legs and exercise and it did not show them.

So I typed in hip/glute and weights and it showed them as in link below.
