my average work week is 70-75 hrs. The times are wierd like today i got into work at 12 noon and ill get out around 3 am and have to be back by 8:30 AM tomorrow. Damn restaurant business. Its also a pretty stressful job, dealing with the customers, staff, purveyors, drunks, owners. Then i train either before or after work depending on the time i estimate getting there and leaving.
meals look like this.
10-12 OZ chicken, beef, salmon, fatty tuna,(one of them not all of them) or 10 whole eggs.
2 cups of a green veggie(Broc, Asparagus, Green beans, Spinach, Broc. Raab)
1 tbsp olive oil or coconut oil
1C rice or 1 potato.
I eat when im hungry and that ends up being about 6-8 meals a day.
Switched off of DC 3 way split cause im just freaking exhausted. Went back to the training split Phil first gave me a while back.
But lately ive been verry irratible, Tired, having trouble focusing at work/on the GF, really unmotivated.
NO SUPPER SUPPS.
Im going to Hire Phil again at the end of the week when i get paid but any ideas how to fix this with diet?
