Finally got in a not rushed workout this week and got the best pump I’ve had so far with this PWO. I hit arms and delts, primarily arms and then one exercise for each delt head. Felt phenomenal, my shirt was completely filled out and still even had veins bulging through my legs even though I didn’t touch em. This was today’s workout
Arms/delt
Cable curl w/handle on each cable: 20lbx20, 25lbx15, 25x13
V-bar tri pushdown: 60x20, 70x15
Seated single arm high curl machine: 60x12, 50x15
Seated dip machine: can’t read weight stack. 2 sets failed 15-20 rep
Rope seated face pulls: 57.5x20, 65x15
Standing side lat raise: 30x15, 30x12
Seated shoulder press machine: 160x12, 180x10
I have no appetite issue at all with this PWO. Intra workout drink is
50g karbolyn/20g Eaas/5G creatine/10g glutamine
Postworkout is 50-60g whey iso/hydro mix
Less than hour later is food meal
