This log is for two of the Exo preworkout oils. One is called Savage beasts and is 40mg Superdrol/50mg Tren susp and the other is Annilation 50mg tne/50mg Tren susp. The first one I’m running is the savage beasts. I’m only using the oils as preworkout boosts and I’ll be doing 1ml each time.
 
So I am jus a tad late making this log. So far I’ve ran Savage beast twice. 1st time was 1ml about an hour prior to my back/bi workout. The second time was an hour prior to my chest/tri workout. Oil flows easy through a 25g. There is some pip upon initial injection but after workout I haven’t had or felt any more pain. The oil is a gorgeous dark golden/brown color. And I can say personally I’ve ran a ton of pre workout suspensions over the years. And from the first time I can honestly say this has been the quickest kicked in pre I’ve ever felt. Outta this world. So far I’ve pinned my quad and lat and the lat shot hurt the least .
 
Today was an shorter than usual workout so just hit delts crazy hard. Did my pre shot in my other lat. like before some pip going in but nothing crazy. And gone by workout. I can say the easiest way to describe the laser focus/pumps is jus after a few sets still first exercise I looked completely pumped and vascular AF like I already been working out for an hour. One of the coolest compliments gettin in the gym is when people are asking you “ dise
What are you doing? How did I look that way so quick?” Definetly feel on cloud 9. Will say today was 1st time I felt some anxiety after workout but I think that could also be because of the crazy heat we had today. Till next time
 
No prob no prob. I’ve always loved these kinda compounds but after about a month I get tired of all the pinning . So love to dip into them couple times a year. And this first blend is amazing.
 
I haven’t updated in a few days so I got in two more workouts first one was legs and most recent one today was back/bis. The leg day was awesome . Got I’m more reps than my usual. I wasn’t feeling to hot on leg day so didn’t go all out but still good workout. And today’s back/bi was awesome. Mind-muscle connect is off the chain and vascularity was absolutely nuts. Starting my next workout I’m gonna start posting my workouts too. Last couple workouts were not usual workouts so I’ll be back on track and start posting them

Finally got in a not rushed workout this week and got the best pump I’ve had so far with this PWO. I hit arms and delts, primarily arms and then one exercise for each delt head. Felt phenomenal, my shirt was completely filled out and still even had veins bulging through my legs even though I didn’t touch em. This was today’s workout
Arms/delt
Cable curl w/handle on each cable: 20lbx20, 25lbx15, 25x13
V-bar tri pushdown: 60x20, 70x15
Seated single arm high curl machine: 60x12, 50x15
Seated dip machine: can’t read weight stack. 2 sets failed 15-20 rep
Rope seated face pulls: 57.5x20, 65x15
Standing side lat raise: 30x15, 30x12
Seated shoulder press machine: 160x12, 180x10

I have no appetite issue at all with this PWO. Intra workout drink is
50g karbolyn/20g Eaas/5G creatine/10g glutamine
Postworkout is 50-60g whey iso/hydro mix
Less than hour later is food meal
 
Last nite I didn’t have as much of the “amped mode” feeling I usually have but it was only cause my girls wanted to go for a bike ride that turned into almost 30mins and then went to gym and did my normal 7 min warm up walk so did too much cardio. But there always my priority and they trump the gym anytime they wanna do something together! Once at the gym I hit chest. I usually do at least 2 body parts but was really feeling my Chest pump so I stuck with it . Workout consisted of
Seated decline press: 60PSx20, 70PSx15, 80PSx9
Incline BB press: 135x20, 185x10, 225x8, 225x7
Hammer strength iso lateral flat chest press: 90PSx12, 90PSx9
seated cable chest press: 75x10, 90x11
Pec deck: 135x15, 135x15
Machine dips: 2 sets to faikure

chest use to be my strongest body part before I had my tricep/tendon surgery earlier this year. I couldn’t touch upper body for a month after surgery and then once I started it was seriously from the very bottom again. Pressing just the bar and just improving over time. The hardest part of that is not gettin discouraged and down on myself cuz I’ve never had something put me back as far as that surgery did. As of right now I’d say I’m about 65-75% where I was prior to surgery strength wise. The arm is also a little smaller than my other as well but I have really focused and done well in bringing that up too
 
Today I hit legs and got to hit them with no rush no stress and fully fueled. So did my usual 1ml “savage beasts” PWO in my flute this time. No pip goin back there. Also didn’t get the taste in my mouth I usually get with every shot. And the workout jus got better and better as I went through my exercises. Here was today’s leg routine
Legs:
Seated ham curl machine: 130x20, 145x15, 160x13
Single leg ext: 60x20, 80x13, 90x12
Pendulum squat: 45PSx10, 70PSx6, 80PSx5
*Leg press machine: feet super close and feet half off bottom of plate to emphasize quad stretch even more
Superset w/calf raises
Hip abduction machine: 205x20, 235x15 (super slow negative)
Hip adduction machine: 175x15, 190x15
Seated ab crunch machine: 2x110 failure

workout only took about 50-60 MK tires to finish. My rest between sets is much faster then most people. Was never the kind of
Person to wait minutes upon minutes to
Rest between sets. Once my breathing is close to normal I’m back at it again
 
So today almost didn’t happen. I took my preworkout shot hour and half before gym in delt and only slight pip. When I got to my gym doors were locked, I assumed it was cuz of yesterday holiday but it was some electrical issue. So went to another gym “crunch” and had great workout. I hit
Arms and had such a ridlicously good pump I took some pics. For the first time in a really long while I got to really hit my tris the way I use to because they had so much variety of equipment. I found a lot of stuff that didn’t irritate my arm I had surgery on earlier this year. My workout was all super-sets . I’ll post my workout first then some

the last two exercises felt phenomenal. They were the machines where as you lift the whole apparatus moves as well. The smoothness of the movement was very nice and really could focus hard on the muscle trained.

Sorry haven’t updated in little bit. So I’ve started my other pWO that’s a 50/50mix if TeSt and Tren. I’ve pinned flute and delt so far and slight pip goin in and last about hour but good after that. So far I’ve used it on a leg day and a pull day(back/bis). It does take a little longer to kick in then previous PWO but once it does it’s awesome. Already set some PR yesterday when doin back with a deadlift variation I love and the pumps have been insane. I will update later today after I hit a push day of (pec/delt/tri)
 
Had an amazing leg day yesterday with my lady. And this is despite just gettin off my night shift and tired. But pinned my TNE/Tren susp right when I got home so it had about an hour and half to get circulating in my body before the gym. I also got a new preworkout unused for first time that I liked a lot. It was called “hydraulic” by axe/sledge did 2 scoops. Then added about 8iu Humlin-R jus before going to gym. Gym intra shake was 60g karbokyn, 20g Eaas, 7g creatine, 10g glutamine. Only gonna write my “work sets” for yesterday leg day
workout routine:
Standing single leg ham curls: 60PSx12, 70PSx8
Icanrian front squat: 6PPSx10, drop set 8PPSx4-6PPSx4-4PPSx4
RDL: 225x12, 315x5
Leg ext: 160x15
Hip adductor: 205x18, 235x13
Leg press machine Calf raises: 150x20, 165x15

Post workout I ate a western brisket everything bagel with 2 eggs/veggies/brisket and shake 50g whey iso. Once I got home I hit my gh 5iu and went to bed.
Incase anyone was wondering what my current cycle:
Test eth: 750-850mg wk
Npp: 500mg wk
Eq: 600mg wk
Proviron: 50mg daily
Cialis: 10mg daily
Gh:5iu workout days/3iu off days
Slin: 5-8iu preworkout only
PreWorkout: TNE 50mg/50mg Tren susp

I had a really awesome push workout the other day and switched to a different preworkout supp that I still thought was good but not as much as I liked hydraulic. I used the orginal formula “big noise” by redcon for that workout. I didn’t have as many meals in me as I usually prefer to have before a workout but with the added slin pre and my usual exo PWO it pretty much always guantarees at least a good workout each time lol. I’m only using at the moment 7-8 iu hum-R and then my
Normal intra shake during my workout. So like I mentioned before in earlier post I had tri tendon surgery earlier this year so anytime I do push type exercises I have to have a certain formula of exercises in order for my body to be comfortable by the time
I start using heavier pressing type movements . So that’s really the main reason for the order I do my exercises in when I’m on a push workout. Once again I’m only putting in my accrual work sets to failure or really close. Heres the workout below:
Chest/delt/tris
Standing side delt lateral machine: 50x15, 60x11
Cable front delt raise w/rope: 50x16
V-Bar cable push down: 65x20
BB flat bench press: 225x10, 275x5
Seated pec deck: 165x15, 145x20
seated cable iso-chest press: 90x12
Seated dip machine: 2 sets fail
Overhead cable tri ext: 50x17, 57.5x12

I was actually really amazed with my bench because it’s not a move I do often at all. I believe last time I did the standard flat bench press was like 2-3 months ago. And at that time my sets were falling in the range of 225x6-8. My main “big movements” for chest are usually
1)underhand grip flat bench 2)incline BB bench and 3) smith machine or DB incline press. After words was my normal 50g whey shake and chicken brocolli
Rice bowl.
