Oh it could certainly be a combo man. I just can't think of what specifically. I have tried removing things for a few days to see and nothing has fixed the issue. I'm going to try not drinking any apple cider vinegar tomorrow and see if that helps, but I do recall the issue beginning before introducing ACV. Even though ACV is supposed to help, it might not even be an acid issue so who knows.
I remember you used to get bad heartburn so it's great to see you don't have it anymore. Which oral tabs did you stop taking before switching to test prop? Were these health supplements or AAS orals? Curious which ones you dropped
NH, is the heartburn all day or is it after breakfast when you take your morning health supps and food?
Drop all your supplements for a few days. Then you'll at least know if the cause is something you're taking.
NH I have the same exact issue you’re describing and we’ve matched up on this kind of shit before, here is what I’m using let me know if any of it matches up with you besides the met:
Metformin
Chantix
Krill oil
Fish oil
Saw palmetto
Liv52
Orange triad multi
Ubiquinol coq10
Tudca
Syntheselen
Synthetine
Nac
MSM
Magnesium
Citrus bergamot
ACV
Cardarine
BCAA’s
Cirtulline
Some of them I’m not consistent with and some of them I had the issues before i added them in. Let me know what matches up and maybe we can work on this shit together. I’m sure I forgot a few I’ll double check this list tomorrow.
Currently I only take vitamin c, vitamin d3, cialis, taurine, metformin, iron, prami (since starting tren), krill oil, and omeprazole.
I dropped AIs, nolvadex, thyroid, vitamin k, citrus bergamot, fish oil, saw palmetto, ZMA, oral AAS, etc. I was taking a slew of shit. Brought it down to basics only what I absolutely need. I didn't drop them all at once, did it over time.
Mornings I take C, D3, cialis, taurine, and omeprazole fasted. I only have a shake of whey and egg whites.
Evenings after dinner I take C, D3, taurine, prami, iron, metformin, and krill oil.
Fwiw, ACV never helped my acid reflux I actually felt it may have made it worse overall. There would be some relief upon taking but after that, it would come back worse. It also could be an estro issue, which may explain feeling better on prop (175mg weekly).
All day but progressively gets worse throughout the day. Not as bad in the morning and then around 5pm on is when it's really bad.
Yea I know but this is SO hard to make myself do
Ok out of the ones you listed, I also take metformin, krill oil, fish oil, nac, ubiquinol, magnesium, citrus bergamot, ACV, cardarine, citrulline, and bcaa (bc of whey protein)
It's def not cardarine because I had this issue before using that. I've removed fish oil at times and it didn't fix the issue, so it's not that either.
Out of the rest, no idea what it could be
Alright, I forgot a couple but they are more recent adds and not consistent so it's not those anyway. I just recently added the nac and citrus so I don't think it's those as the problem was there before. The ACV I've gone weeks without using and it hasn't changed the problem. I could say the same for magnesium, i started taking it specifically to help with the heartburn so obviously I had the issue before.
I suppose maybe the cirtulline, ubiquinol or bcaa's? It's a start I guess, what do you think?
Doubt it's ubiquinol as I've been taking that for an eternity and pre-heartburn.
I don't use citrulline when I'm away since it's in powder form and the problem still happens so I don't think that's it.
I don't think it's metformin anymore since it's still happening so I just started taking that again
Fuck I thought the ubiquinol was the best target, I also don’t use the citrulline consistently. Back to the drawing board....it must be something interacting with something else then. What you describe I have to the letter.
Very very interesting that we have the same issue and still can't pinpoint the issue. I mean I guess it COULD be Ubiquinol. Do you remember how soon after you started taking it when the issue began?
Very very interesting that we have the same issue and still can't pinpoint the issue. I mean I guess it COULD be Ubiquinol. Do you remember how soon after you started taking it when the issue began?
It's hard to pinpoint that because I've been using the ubuiquinol for a long time and originally just attributed the heartburn to AAS use. Although I do cycle and come completely off during the winter, the heartburn wasn't as bad but it was still an issue. So I know the AAS makes it worse but it isn't the root cause....
Did you say you came off the krill as well or just the fish oil?
No, I haven't come off the krill since I started actually. I have 7 bottles left but wasn't planning to order anymore after I ran out...Hmmmmm hard to remember whether the issue began before or after krill oil
That's interesting, I could say the same. I'm going to lay off the krill for a while and see what happens starting today. I'll keep you updated, I really doubt it's as simple as that but we'll see.
I might too. Is it Viva Labs krill oil like I'm using?
https://mentalhealthdaily.com/2015/03/13/krill-oil-side-effects-adverse-reactions/
Here it says it could happen with krill but it says it can happen with a lot of things it doesn't happen with for me
Are you still taking high doses of cialis?
When I get heartburn I take a teaspoon of baking soda in crystal light of mio flavored water.
stopped taking metformin
got fat
YMMV
