Experienced insulin users

What results have you gotten by adding insulin was it just insulin? Or did you have any other goodies

I tried a few times with just my TRT dose but I just put on bf quicker. I do get a good pump and feel full though.
Now, if I add AAS to the equation then my caloric maintenance goes up and I keep fat off while still being able to maintain the BS for my insulin. This adds more size but can't say for sure how much.
Trenbolone​, insulin, Test is by far the best bulking cycle I've done so far. Now just got to add a ton of GH to the cycle.
I'd like to run a log on that.

Have extra carbs around

It’s worth noting that the leaner you are or as you get LEANER you can improve your insulin sensitivity

2 iu can send you hypo pretty quick if your hella depleted

I used that small amount with synthetine with no problems for an extended period of a contest prep and one day doing the exact same cardio
Training
Macros
Timing etc

Just bc I was more depleted and my insulin sensitivity improved

Boom I was profusely sweating cold and tremoring

I had Gatorade with me at all times and no worries

But it’s worth noting
That your likely to react a bit diff at times esp if using it to diet and I would say even more likely if doing double split cardio and your pm session involves weights then cardio

Usually people get desensitized to its effect offseason bc the food is higher and imo they titrate dosage too high too fast

To many people are like
How can I get MORE SLIN in this diet
As opposed to
How can use as LITTLE as INFREQUENTLY AS POSSIBLE during my training week to optimize gains

5 iu pre goes a LONG way with your nutrition dialed in and training up to snuff

I see a lot of people talk about using it to get into Ketosis and with very high protien and carbs and it kinda freaks me out bc I have went EXTREMELY hypo on 2 iu with some Carnatine (I was stooooopid lean at this point though)

Just have extra carbs on hand always bc EVEN if you know how youll react to

The safest way is to take 2-4 iu Humalog with each meal, you take it with gh at the same time.
