I understand taking slin after workout from my research and 'some' argue pre workout slin....
Here's my situation:
I get home from work at 8am, eat go to bed, get up at 2, something small to eat and get ready for gym at 3:30...get home from gym around 6pm eat and go back to bed to get ready to go to work at 10pm....
All posts I've seen says pre or post...but if I'm going to bed shortly after I eat after gym... I can't take Humalog OR Humalin and I've read some posts that if you take it at any other time you just get fat...
So what do I do?... pre workout? a lil dangerous unless you're packing all your drinks in your bag don't ya think?
