Experiment with Salt and the PUMP

I take a shot of it right before the workout like an alka seltzer. LOL works great in the summer and on lighter days when volume and reps are up. Mustard also is a life saver if you ever cramp up.
 
I tried the sea salt capsules today with cialis and a regular pre workout. The pump was ridiculous
 
Nothing wrong with revisiting the basics. Baking soda is even better. Just don't shake it lol.
Or take to much of it. I took to much before a 100 mile bike ride once. And intestinal discomfort and trying to not crap all over my bicycle seat really slowed down my time some!

Pickle juice and salt and vinegar potato chips powerlifting trick to blow up with water and enhance strength before a meet. No fun on the other end though lol
 
Is baking soda better for pumps or just better in general?
Before I got injured I was fucking around with arginine/salt/baking soda and high doses of vitamin c. That shit gave me a far better pump than any pre workout. And it’s dirt cheap. Let me explain the vitamin c. I truly believe it supercharges any substance it’s mixed with. 2000-3000mg at a whack. You guys seeing this country it and let everyone know how it worked. The vitamin c extends the pump for quite a while. I tablespoon of salt, 1 table spoon of baking soda 1500 +mg of arginine and 2-3000 mg of vitamin c . I use the NOW brand of vitamin c. It’s legit.
 
How much of each?
I think the sea salt capsules are 1000mg each so 3 of those and 20mg of cialis.

I should note my RHR was higher than usual on this. Not sure if it’s related but it was the only variable changed in my workout today.

It helps buffer lactic acid to a degree and of course helps with the pump. I always use glycerol as well to help hydration.

I’m telling you right now. Use iodized salt. I tried sea salt too and it does not have the same effect as iodized sait. Not at all. And we need the iodine. Just try them both and you’ll see for yourself. I’m a big believer in not wasting your time. I tested all this out for over a year. So much that actually know the mg amount of all the products for a good mix. Just it for yourself you’ll see abd you tell me holy fuck.

Glycerol is another thing to add to the mix. I used waxy maize too and I get good pumps for thst as well
 
Sounds like a lot of people put more thought and science into their pumps then i did to my cycles.
 
All this talk about sodium but does anybody supplement potassium as well? I've been mixing equal amounts of salt and NoSalt into my water through the day
 
Maldon Salt, or GTFO. Shits so good for any kind of food. I dont use table salt anymore.
