Hey guys,

After the Emerald Cup I posted my pics from the show and talked about how people say I should walk into a show after eating and filling out for a week or so after the E-cup. Well, I did. 3 weeks past the E-cup I signed up at the last minute for the Washington State Championship and basically ate whatever the hell I wanted right up into the show, so a 3 week shitload! The results were 15 lbs heavier and of course not as tight, but I displayed a different physique than my over-dieted, corn rowed self at the E-cup. I placed first. Here are some watery pics...haha (purple trunks). Either way, I still loved the conditioning I brought at the E-cup, although deflated, I just was so proud of the look. At the E-Cup I was 196, at this show 3 weeks later I was around 210-212.

YES.. MUCH FULLER LOOK.. ITS AMAZING WHAT SHITLOADING WILL DO FOR A PHYSIQUE. unfortuanately, most guys are scared to do it.. another prime example was vander.. if yo look at his show pics were he placed behind the winner he was 210- 213 .. sorry can remember.. but, if you look at the pics after the show were he was fully loaded he was 230 i believe.. no way would the guy have lost if he came in initailly looking like that.. just about every pro who lost a close decision will tell ya that the next day after the show or 3-4 days after the show, they would have had a different outcome.. shitload people..!!!! just like very thing in life.. live and learn.
 
WELL, I QUICK EXPLANANTION WOULD BE THIS.. WHEN I GUY GOES INTO A SHOW, THEY ARE USUALLY CARB AND CALORIE DEPRIVED.. even though many try to "carb up" they usually do too little too late.. "shitloading" is a term used to say, in essence, were you take in massive amounts of "shit " food.. pizza, cakes, ect.. fats and carbs fill out the muscles.. just about every guy who messes up their prep at the very end will tell youu they looked much better the day after the show when they went out and eat what ever they wanted.. they were simply deprived of the nutrients need to fill out the muscles..
 
Congratulations on your win Freak. It is amazing how you could look so much fuller such a short time after the E-Cup. We're proud of ya!!

Thanks lucky. I wonder if I should seriously over-diet where I set myself up 10 days before my next show and then eat shit and whatever I feel my body craves for 10 days straight, monitoring my fullness and hardness and walk on stage just filled out, healthy and peeled. (Hoping I shed most subQ water of course). Everytime I diet for a show (which has only been 2) I really feel I "over-diet" and it literally takes a week or more for my muscle bellies to fill out. I know I'm full when my delts have that "bubbly" pop to them. I don't know, dialing in for a show is a complicated puzzle that a person may never know the exact recipe for success.

looking great futurefreak! everyone is different as you know, find what works for YOU and YOUR BODY while at the same time taking advice from knowledgable guys who have been there ie skip, phil....ect
 
you look great freak...i did shows for almost 10 years and the one thing that was constant was nothing...the same thing did not work the same way anytime...i wish you the best in finding ot what works best for you..
