Hey guys,
After the Emerald Cup I posted my pics from the show and talked about how people say I should walk into a show after eating and filling out for a week or so after the E-cup. Well, I did. 3 weeks past the E-cup I signed up at the last minute for the Washington State Championship and basically ate whatever the hell I wanted right up into the show, so a 3 week shitload! The results were 15 lbs heavier and of course not as tight, but I displayed a different physique than my over-dieted, corn rowed self at the E-cup. I placed first. Here are some watery pics...haha (purple trunks). Either way, I still loved the conditioning I brought at the E-cup, although deflated, I just was so proud of the look. At the E-Cup I was 196, at this show 3 weeks later I was around 210-212.
