Explaining LBA ( FINAL VERSION)

Hey guys,

Just wondering about something.

A while back there was a post stating that the LBA's had some IGF-1 properties to it. Actually, I know where the exact source of that information came from and where Phil got it from . Remember Phil???

I'm curious to know if that was incorrect information?

Because the ingredients on what I was looking at clearly came from a source other than hydrolyzed beef collagen. It was actually a bovine extract.

Is this not the same source?

Are you referring to SNF-BV1 Bovine Protein Extract?

what is the best tasting Pepto Pro out there ...that you guys have ??? I got the vanilla without surcrose (sp?) and it has a bitter bcaa taste to it...

i like it in crystal light chris and i put some glycerol in it for hydration--so your favorite flavor of crystal light with glycerol which is a natural sweetener anyway.....swirl that up....let it sit for 30 seconds

how much do i need for use between meals?

Not sure what everyone else is taking, but I've started out with 5 times a day (in between meals) at about 1.25 tbsp each time. I see alot of guys doing 1/2 a bottle per day, I'm trying to start out wiht closer to 1/4 bottle per day and see how it goes from there.

I tried the watermelon flavor today....kind of had a weird after taste but other than that tasted pretty decent. I tried it just with water and plan on trying with crystal light later on.
