I've been researching peptides and came across BPC-157 and TB-500. From what I’ve gathered, these peptides have shown potential benefits for healing and recovery.

Questions:

  • Has anyone here used BPC-157 or TB-500? What were your results?
  • Did you notice any side effects?
  • What's your recommended dosage and duration for these peptides?
  • Are there any specific protocols you followed?

i've had good success with bpc157/tbfrag, Really sped up the process of a couple surgeries i had last year, also helped nagging tennis/golfers elbow, i was using as much as 5 mg of each daily, YMMV

Have also encountered anecdotal reports that super high dosages of BPC-157 and TB-500 are used with a greater success, how ever usually the effective dosage is much lower and range around 500mcg per day
 
I did a lot of research and came across both of these peptides as the ones with the most potential for healing/recovery.
I want to try these, but am struggling with finding a good dosage protocol for daily use.
Will definitly report back once I have tested out for a good 3-4 weeks to se did I notice any improvements in recovery.

Want that extremely expensive? Or raws?
 
I only took 250mg bpc pre shoulder/bicep surgery and then continued it after. The surgeon was amazed at the speed and lack of pain during recovery.
I still take it 6 months post op as protection.
 
Who does a good job with this? Recently having some shoulder challenges and want to try.
 
I just started 5mg TB500 and 5mg BPC157 daily. My left quad has serious nerve damage.
 
I did a couple rounds of TB500 for my shoulder about 11 yrs ago.

Don’t remember the dose, but I do remember it was high enough that the protocol became very expensive very fast.

Would have been comparable to HGH in terms of healing but much more expensive.

I am not sold on peptides as a stand-alone product. BPC or something to supplement your other compounds? Sure. But peptides by themselves to fix a specific issue? Save your money.

Ran the protocol for 2 months and have full feeling in my legs again. Had elbow issues in February and ran it - elbow feels amazing now. You do have to stretch and therapy with it as it just doesn’t work magic on its own.

What were you dosing at?
 
So depending on you fill with 1 ml or 2ml. I fill with 1ml so I take tb500 3 times a week so .33 ml. BPC157 I take every day. So about .2 ml . My math is probably off but sure someone will check ✅ me on that. I do this for 4 weeks and love the healing factor it gives. I shoot into the site directly but not something you have to do.
 
I never tried high doses of BPC. 250mcg twice a day did very little for me except give me anhedonia. But I have been taking 2mg of TB4 daily for months and I feel that my recovery time between workouts and recovery from mild muscle injuries has improved significantly.
 
I have used both successfully to treat an a-2 pulley injury in my finger, but I was also diligent with my rehab, so who knows.

I'd like to try using big doses to see if I can "feel it" and know for sure it is working next time I get a minor injury, or even as a prophylactic

Took it with both my last two tattoos for recovery never peeled never got plasma, puss or anything it was amazing

Same issue here. Shoulder hurt from BJJ. Did u site in the shoulder at 500mcg daily??
