I'm 5'8" @ 190 in these pics. Currently weighing in at 187 and pretty tight. My bf was tested at 4.5% so I'm close. I want to get under 3 for comp and I have 18 days to go. I know I'm gonna come in low in the light heavies, but not willing to sacrifice 6 or 7 pounds of muscle to get to the middles. I just want to have good conditioning and hopefully I'll fair well with that. Health is back to normal so this off season will yield some nice gains as my "supplementation" will be back in line. Next comp I will be in the top of the light heavies instead of lower middle. Thanks for the feedback guys, take care. More updated pics are on the way.
