Never understood growing into a show



How can u grow in a significant caloric deficit?

Water and glycogen manipulation. Assuming the muscle has already been larger, then this is very achievable.

Now....new growth while dieting for a show? Not a chance.

We have gotten soft over the years. I remember when guys like this would get ran out of here LOL.

When I looked at the first picture I really did not want to click on the next page of comments. Honestly it kinda saddens me that guys like this are taking drugs. I never touched anything until after I could deadlift 500x3 and squat 500. It just sucks that guys like this are gonna basically ruin themselves because they will never learn how to make gains without drugs.

touche'. The shining light though is most of these guys just quit and it's generally a no harm no foul kind of a situation and they never touch a drug or a weight again. Most dudes like this do one cycle and then they are pretty much done.
