Hi PM,
Was wondering if you guys could help me out with a question..
I am currently 200 pounds at 12% bf.
Aiming to get down to around 6-7%.
If i am currently eating around 2200 clean calories per day, and totally calories expensed through gym and cardio is 1000 calories per day, would I be losing any fat, or pretty much only muscle?
Assuming the use of testosterone and trenbolone to hold muscle.
