Extremely Low Calories Question

Hi PM,

Was wondering if you guys could help me out with a question..

I am currently 200 pounds at 12% bf.

Aiming to get down to around 6-7%.

If i am currently eating around 2200 clean calories per day, and totally calories expensed through gym and cardio is 1000 calories per day, would I be losing any fat, or pretty much only muscle?

Assuming the use of testosterone and trenbolone to hold muscle.
 
A little more information would be helpful here. How about a breakdown of your macros for the day? 2200 calories is a little on the low side but not dramatically so, I wouldn't worry too much about muscle loss as long as your protein is high enough.
 
On Test and Tren i've been able to maintain muscle mass on a PSMF with only 1,000-1,200 calories a day, 90% of it being protein, and you call 2,200 calories "extremely low" lol. Of course workouts had to drop to only twice a week with fullbody workouts on each of those days, lifted as heavy as I could for roughly one work set for each body part to at least enough stimulation to cause my body to want to preserve the muscle as much as possible.

When you add in powerful anabolic hormones, especially ones like tren, which has one of the highest anti-catabolic effects of steroids, it doesn't surprise me the things you can get away with. At 2,200 calories with things like tren in your arsenal, and you're getting sufficient amount of protein(really doesn't take that much to preserve) then muscle loss wouldn't even cross my mind.
