It sold in freezer sections in grocery stores or health food stores. Its best to keep it in fridge if you eat it everyday, and keep the extras in your freezer till ready to use. I love dipping mine in olive oil. Good stuff..

The low sodium tastes like a card board box but all the others are delish! Sesame is my bread of choice right now. Love the stuff.

Yeah tj's has it. Look for best exp. date possible. We keep ours in freezer regardless. Toast it and add avocado to it with a little pepper on top.....

Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and just about any health food supermarket carries it. The Genesis is good, they are both live so it won't stay forever in the freezer. One week in the fridge or a month in the freezer is usually the limit for the cultural. Way better then dead whole wheat and grain bs, but still too many carbs for me...

I can eat the rasin bread like a snack. Its great with some greek yogurt. I like to eat plain greek yogurt with fresh berries in it and then scoop it up with the raisin bread.

I finally found a store in my area that carried it. I noticed in the freezer section, so I was wondering do I need to keep it in the freezer or is it okay to just store in the pantry?

ezekiel cereal is even better. put a little real maple syrup or raw honey on it. delicious! 40 grams of carbs per half cup and i think 9 grams of protein. digests real well for me too
