Anybody used this as a PRIMARY carbs source Pre- contest? I know Cutler swears by it. Looks promising I found some today of all places a Kroger's they had 6 different flavors. I went with the 0 Sodium.
Per slice:
.5 Fat
15 Carbs
4 Protein
3 Fiber
O Sodium
2-3 slices would be perfect and a lot easier than cooking Brown rice or sweets for 2 months every night for your meals....
