That blows, even worse no smoking, did they have any clue how? Getting older sucks in so many ways, watching friends and family pass on is by far the hardest to digest.

A couple of possibilities but no definites of what caused it, most likely we will never know.

Just lost my oldest sister to lung cancer. Never smoked a day in her life. She made it a lot longer than expected after being diagnosed, but it's still never easy losing someone you love. Blessed to have her in my life as long as I did. Rest in peace big sis!

Sorry for your loss. Same thing happened to my wife's uncle. Lung cancer is where it originated but they didn't know it. His prostate is where they thought it was & they removed that & thought he was gonna be ok. A few months down the road & they came back saying yeah we now think it started in the lungs. He never smoked a day in his life either. Man was he pissed off about that too. Always took good care of himself. I'm with you, F#@k cancer.

Sorry for your loss, i hope she went with peace in her mind. Lost my mother 3 years ago to lung cancer, i was with her every day for the 2 years its terrible to see how the ones you love become a shadow of themselves over time when cancer eats them

Also terrible to read all this shit about linking cancer to vaccine and conspiracy about not releasing a cure. How dare you bring that up in a thread with vulnerable people who still hurt after losing a loved one

Agreed I have my own beehives, a freezer full of venison and fruit trees. My garden has been shit since I had my kids but there’s garbage in everything one can only try their best.

Damn, it’s still a mind fuck they’ve gotten HIV drugs and heroes meds that are basically 100% effective but we still know next to nothing about so many cancers outside genetics and obvious exposure to things like chemicals, smoking, asbestos, but so many living clean lives and young kids get it. I’m not tin foil hat opining just baffled at the fact we seem not much better than decades ago outside maybe better at detection

Well, to be perfectly frank, my younger brother doesn't exercise, eats like crap and is at least 300lbs. Already had a heart attack a few years ago.
We are night and day in many ways.
