Facial Fat

Hey guys,

What have you done that has been particularly effective for losing facial fat?

I have seen pro bodybuilders with low bodyfat % and shredded physiques but their faces are still bloated and fat?

Only genetics determine where your body holds most of its fat. Ive seen people with bellies and really good looking lean arms. I have seen people with a lean core but still had "fatter" arms than me, and im 15% body fat. Some people hold no fat in their limbs, and hold it all in their torso. Its all genetics.

reminds me of that girl from that internet dating site that looked petite in all her neck-up photos, and then BLAMMO! she's holding an extra 80lbs in her stomach and thighs

u sure thats just not a moon face from all the gear there using?

ive personyl never seen anyone whos very low in bf% have alot of facial fat, maybe some, but not alot

this...my face turns into a balloon if I run over 500mg test a week. I walk around at about 15% bf and my face stays lean. though it could always be genetic. Like big cheeks or something. not sure though

lmao it's called angling, and some of those chicks are mega talented at it. Some of them need to quit their day jobs and just take profile pics for other fat chicks, they'd be loaded.

It could just be water retention. I notice when i take Letro and Tamofaxen and eat less salty foods my face looks much skinnier.

there is a fat pocket called the buccal pad in there. some people have bigger buccal pads than others, depending on genetics

Personally I've retained LOADS of water when consumed LOADS of sweeteners...got off from sweeteners, even chewing gum, all that sugarfree sh** and my face changed drastically, looking much younger, leaner in the face.

I'm using 300-600mg test a week it don't bloat me as much as sweeteners. But it's prop and I throw in some arimidex, masteron or proviron (alternate them eod 100-125mg vs 25 mg).
