Facial hair for mens physique?

i was just curious on your thoughts
I know there are alot of NPC judges on here
and was curious on your takes.
Does it make the athlete look less professional or " slummy"
IMO some people look a hell of alot better with facial hair than clean shaved
not in a homo way

I was wondering the same thing about men's bb . I usually keep a five o'clock shadow but wondering if I should be clean shaven for my first show. Interested in what others have to day about it

I was told by a judge on my local scene that goatees and smigs are OK but full on king Leonidas beards are looked upon unfavorably. He also said fauxhawk style hair cut makes Face look slimmer and you appear taller

I think you would be better off with a fresh cut and clean shave.

there was already a thread on this and I believe a judge came on and said his opinion of facial hair.
basically, from what I understand the facial hair is ok if it ADD's or doesn't take away from the look. BUT, if it stands out and distracts the attention from the physique that's not good.
