False high estrogen levels from tren??

A buddy of mine is doing an experiment running several compound at low dose to compare to two compound at higher dose.

He's 8 weeks into 200mg/Test , 100mg/Mast , 100mg/tren , 100mg/EQ and 100mg/Anadrol per week.
He had labs done and his estrogen was over 300 , I remember reading at some point that tren can cause a false result on estrogen test if you don't request the ultra sensitive or something.

He's feeling great , zero negative side effects but he's wanting to know if the EQ and Mast are doing enough or to much for estrogen lowering.

Does anyone know exactly what test to ask for to get a accurate estrogen levels when taking tren??

you have to do the e2 RIA test because the ELISA detects trenbolone as e2
