Thanks...Been MIA from the gym for sometime, trying to get past these few injuries I have and hopefully I will be back soon. Prior to my neck surgery I was weighing in around 215-220lbs 5'5", now I'm around 200-205lbs.

Thanks! I'm so blessed to have a beautiful family and a loving wife of 23 yrs...she has been to hell and back with me and all the injuries and dilemmas I've had in life as well as in the gym.

And THANKS to the rest of you guys for all the kind words....again I'm very blessed.
