Farthest you've gone to bring up lagging part

Training wise not synthol. Has anyone ever did extreme volume, some really off the wall stuff, arm day every day, stopped training a part or two to focus on lagging part, etc?

I've even read things like to bring up arms mix tne, r-type slin, igf in a vial shoot 1cc in each bi and tri before and after training them. On another form a guy deadlifted every day for a month heavy and reported good results.

Anything you've done or heard of? Did it work or end up being a disaster?
 
Tried this crazy arm WO. It was in some Joe Weider mag.
Did triceps for 8 sets on the hour every hour. Did biceps for 8 sets on the half hour. For 8 hours! We went from 10am till 6pm. 64 sets for each. Then a full week of rest for those muscles.
Supposed to add an inch on your arms by the next day.
I did not see a big difference other than death soreness for a few days. Good thing I didn't tear anything!

The thing that really changed my body was about 20 years ago I did a huge cycle for about 20 weeks. 2000mg Test cyp, 1200 Deca, 800 Tren E. (swapped out the Tren for EQ at about 10 weeks) Various orals on and off. clean diet.
I went from a guy who looked like he worked out to a guy that looked like a real bodybuilder. My biceps changed the most. Biceps became chiseled, almost squared off looking
I'm sure that cycle would kill me now lol. I'm not promoting big doses. Just something I had to try, and it worked.

Sounds about right, I see guys pittel around with cycles of like 500mg of test with maybe some deca or dbol thinking they're gonna turn into a massive bodybuilder and never change much at all when they would be better off doing a few big cycles and have a better chance of making some big changes.
 
You have to kinda know your average recovery for whatever your week looks like. Say if you are doing a Push/pull/leg split 5x a week….let’s say your around 90 weekly sets.

If you want to bring up arms, say you move to

Chest/back
Legs
Arms
Off
Chest/back
Legs
Off

You stick to around 90 sets, but in this scenario you would have to sacrifice chest/back volume. And obviously on those chest back days…choose movements thst bring in bicep triceps…..underhand pulling, close grip bench, dips.

I also have used insulin and bolus GH on lagging body parts days.

Pre arm day….10mg cialis in the morning. Some food….couple hours later, 15mg inject superdrol+ humulin-R+GH. People will stare at your arms
 
Daily test suspension and ED squats or rack pulls..got my legs up super fast
 
I'm doing some lat work on my push days in addition to lay work at pull days. Also hit side delts at pull and push. Seems to work fairly well. At peak of my next bulk I'm going to try train legs 3 or 4 times every 10 days.

Yeah that would be great. I use a 10 day week as it matches my workdays/weekends. I train at 2 different gyms so I want set days for each group so I know what gym I'll be in and I can keep progress. But I'll fix something haha.
 
I once drove from Chicago Illinois to Venice California to bring my lagging biceps up , true story 😬
 
I was able to bring up my shoulders a lot adding extra volume and frequency. My shoulders sucked for longest time as I was afraid to over train them as many people said you don’t need much direct shoulders work, this may work for shoulder/arm dominant people but not me.
Split
Chest/shoulder(front and side)/calves
Back/hamstring, plus rear delt work
Off
Shoulders/small amount of chest 1 incline movement
Legs
Arms/calves
Off
Repeat
Also I hit abs everyday.
 
Of course you could always let a rattlesnake bite the lagging body part which would result in some increased size but that would be temporary 🙁
 
To improve arms I would do:
Push (chest/lat delts/tris)
Pull (back/resr felts/bis)
Rest
Arms
Legs
Rest

During arm day:
3 biceps movements
3 triceps movements
1 superset bis+tris

What were your stats at that time?
 
I took more gear and ate more.. I grew overall
