I wanted to share this and see if anyone else had similar ideas. I've really been doing well and staying disciplined with my diet but lately... I have just gotten real burnt out on preparing food after a long day. I found these instant meals online and I keep them in my office. I have been using them when I don't want to cook or forget to grab a meal.

280 calories is more like a snack than a meal. I would like to see the ingredients.
 
Dehydrated white chicken meat, wheat pasta, soy protein isolate, dehydrated vegetables green beans and onion, garlic powder, potassium chloride, spices, dehydrated chicken fat, onion powder, silicon dioxide, calcium silicate, natural flavor.

I agree that it's not a lot of calories but my primary goal is to cut down BFP, so it's worked out nicely for me but everyone has different goals.

I hear ya. I do go organic for every other meal though. This just keeps me from cheating when I'm in a hurry.

Agreed, it's a great idea. If anyone else has something similar to this please post. Maybe cheaper and more readily available here in the US. Seem most of the sites selling it are uk based besides bb.com

It's good to see somebody say organic.. Especially when it comes to meats and eggs. All this hormone go fed shit out there is killing people. Fats from a grass fed steak or cage free organic fed chicken are not bad! Yes saturated is not bad when the fat is not full of all the toxins from all that bullshit. I'm sure this is stuff you're well aware of tho. The only issue I have with this meal is the soy... Almost all soy is gmo these days and then you could get into the argument of the estrogen affects. Also I'm not sure how processed this is but I try to stay away from as much processed food as possible due to it killing a lot of the nutrients. Also do you know that certain things do not need to be organic, anything processed like wheat noodles does not need to be organic, it's a scam. Anything bad is killed in the heating process.
