Fasted cardio(GH)

I don’t think a lot of you realize that energy balance is what makes you lose fat, not whatever you’re burning at that moment doing cardio.
Correct.

This year I did the least cardio ever to get shredded - longest session was 25 minutes, most were under 20. In the last four weeks I've only done cardio like five times. Diet is the most effective tool to lose fat, cardio is a supplement to it.
 
Nothing like hitting SLOW intensity stair master. First thing in the morning. 45mins. All while on a 5hr energy + 25mg bronkaid.

I think cardio sessions (LISS and HIIT) are more important to health than necessarily dropping bodyfat. As you say, one can get lean without cardio, but I think some is definitely helpful.

For me cardio is the ultimate antidepressant. For two days last week I had to sit down while keeping some elders in my family company.
At the end of those two days I wanted to scream as I all I was doing was watching TV with them. I am like ”HOW THE FUCK CAN YOU SIT DOWN WATCHING TV ALL FUCKING DAY!!!!"
Sleep. Then repeat the next day !!
For the love of all things good, I cannot do that.
I just thought of being respectful to my family elders, while being a good host. But fuck!! I have to run.. lift.. mow the yard... Something.

Each day at 7pm I was doing 90ml of NyQuil just to have an excuse to go to sleep and end the extricating pain of watching the fucking boop tube.
 
i wonder where dnp - which keeps insulin levels low, would fit into this equation

so in the end this proved to be an asshole comment.. without me knowing, behind the scenes my elders had my daughters put something together for fathers day.
my relationship with them has been strained the last couple years as i stopped being the open bank ATM for them(along with some other behaviors i dont agree with)..
on sunday i'm out running and my daughter calls asking when i'll be back... when i finished they had a card for me and took me out for a meal.
the ATM is still closed, but that seemed to mend things a bit.
