Fasted state and HGH - what is the rule of thumb?

So I think I’ve searched and read every HGH related thread in here over the last few days.

One thing I could not figure out with certainty is- as far as HGH pinning goes- what is the minimum time needed from an eating a meal/food intake standpoint to be in a fasted state?

It seems like the guideline is 2 hours, but I would love to confirm if that’s the case. Because of schedule, I usually end up working out early evening, dinner consumed by 7:30, but try to get in bed around 9:30- I just would like to know if that’s enough time.

Of course, this is to minimize any blood sugar/ insulin sensitivity issues when dosing with HGH. I’ve read 90 minutes, 2 hours, 3… I’d love to have a solid rule to follow.

Not sure you'll find a solid rule to follow. My personal belief is that it makes no difference when you take it or whether or not you're fed or fasted, but that is my personal opinion backed by exactly zero science, and I guarantee many would disagree.

Me: 2iu's first thing AM, train shortly thereafter in a close to fasted state, go about the day.

In my box of serios, it says to take the entire dosage at night. So that’s what I do. Half on my right love handel, half on my left.
 
Not sure where I read this but, take fasted and don't eat for a minimum 2 hours for fat loss
I have stuck to that and it seems to work.
 
The same place that says about the anabolic window
Don't you know that you have to drink 567grams of protein and 87.5 grams of dextrose exactly 28.375 minutes after you're workout? Otherwise, you'll lose all your muscle in exactly 59.5 minutes! come on man! LOL
