So I think I’ve searched and read every HGH related thread in here over the last few days.
One thing I could not figure out with certainty is- as far as HGH pinning goes- what is the minimum time needed from an eating a meal/food intake standpoint to be in a fasted state?
It seems like the guideline is 2 hours, but I would love to confirm if that’s the case. Because of schedule, I usually end up working out early evening, dinner consumed by 7:30, but try to get in bed around 9:30- I just would like to know if that’s enough time.
Of course, this is to minimize any blood sugar/ insulin sensitivity issues when dosing with HGH. I’ve read 90 minutes, 2 hours, 3… I’d love to have a solid rule to follow.
