That is a good question. I really doubt it. Im pretty sure that once you get big, whether it is because of muscle or fat, the skin grows larger to accommodate the bigger circumference. If you gain size too quickly the skin cant grow fast enough and you end up with stretch marks. I got a lot of those on my inner thigh and some on my arms from when I was growing fast in the gym.

Once that skin has grown larger I don't think anything will take it away other than surgery.

New guy here but thanks to the many for this thread---this has been one area I struggle with. Not taking care of my body in my 20's led to being over 400 pounds and then going down to 205-210 has left my belly with a fair amount of skin. I'm afraid the knifes the only thing that will fix it but now I've got some new avenues to try.

It helps but it won't stop it. HGH will help with the collagen rebuilding but not enough to fully compensate for what happens with ageing.

Especially as you get older. You can be in full stage shape and have rolls of loose skin. You can always tell an older person's body just from the way the skin looks.

Nice to know some peeps around here are logical LOL Stretch out skin, almost impossible to shrink it. No magic pills or potions. Have to gain a ton of muscle to try and compensate. I'm starting to see some loose skin in weird places, can't maintain the huge size I once had, rather be healthy.
