Today i had a great biceps/ forearm workout. Trained biceps to almost failure. Started with standing alternating bicep curls, then sitting dumbbell curls with slow movements, then standing hammer curls, then pteacher bar curls laying on an incline bench. 3 to 4 sets of each increasing the weight each set to 6 or 8 reps Max. Yesterday i consumed just over 3000 calories but over 300 grams of protein, around 200 in carbs and under 100 I'm fat. Today I'm over 200 in protein but struggling to meet 2500 calories. I am having some issues tho, such as putting on a good amount of size but I'm struggling with body fat. I don't want to increase my calories to avoid getting bigger like i was before. They're people my size with huge arms. I may try some site enhancing oils to help. I'm hoping the mk and ghrp2 will help also
