Elliot hulse in this video is saying you need fats to help with protein absorption, gives example like beef, seems to be saying that his ON protein would be better off for someone bulking than a clean whey iso. Is this true or just total bro science? From what i googled it seems that fat and protein absorption are two completely different things.
