Hello all, this is my first post on this board, but I'm not new to sport. First, let me give a rundown of my so-far accomplishments. I started lifting when I was 17, not heavy weights, more to lose fat. I'm 5'11", weighed in at 220, barely any muscle, a real sad sight. Over that next year and a half, between strict cardio and diet, I got down to 167lbs. This is when I got into more lifting,a little cardio, and a better diet to put on quality muscle weight. By the time I was about 25, I got to a steady 195, and hold steady there. The only things I have used are whey, some n.o. products i.e.-noxplode, nitrix, off and on mono creatine, and have done a good cycle of Havok, with all the correct support supps and real Nolva for a pct. I am right now on a gain cycle using ON whey, cytogainer, mono creatine, fish oil, lots and lots of clean food, animal pack, more carbs than I've eaten in a long time, and heavy training. When I am done with this cycle at the end of December/beg. of Jan, I would like to do a cut cycle and lean out a little. Now that you know what i'm looking for, I'd like some advice on a fat burner I can use to cut a little, or something else. I have never used a fat burner, and I am not sensative to caffeine or stims. Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!
