Caffeine will help a lot if you're not ingesting it anywhere else. The Asprin is optional. Aspirin prevents norepinephrine levels from decreasing as much. The lack of Asprin in the stack will be minimal on effects.

I like to stack E/C and yohimbine of I'm serious as you're then hitting beta and alpha receptors this way.

It depends what you're after. When I've taken just ephedrine, my appetite was still suppressed. If you are after fat-burning, combining it with caffeine is probably a good idea.

Personally, I've always felt like the primary benefit I've gotten from EC is appetite-suppression anyway though (plus a bit of energy, but followed by a crash though).

Can be used in isolation but need a higher dose. Better results with caffeine.

I don't see the point unless you can handle that type of shit. I will stick to diet, cardio, and DNP.....guaranteed to get much better results. I'm thinking about adding ECA into my mix.....having really been using stimulants much. I figure it would be a great addition to my arsenal....plus help control my appetite.

Yeah, I believe it gives some sides but not as bad as y-hcl and then Alpha-y is the best bet for those who experienced nasty nasty sides.

I used Green Tea twice a day, but not for fat burning. It's pretty healthy for you. I'm sure it helps to some degree if you are in a caloric deficient and performing cardio.

I think I remember reading that Raspberry ketones isn't that bio-available. If I were going to use it, I'd buy if off Patrick Arnold's supplement site- Prototype Nutrition.
