FAT BURNING CARDIO The Day After Leg day, or do you rest?

Curious as to how many of you will still get on the treadmill/stairs/etc and do low intensity AM cardio after doing a heavy leg day the day before.
 
The next day sometimes isn't too bad and I will do some light cardio but the day after that? No way...I can barely walk sometimes. And it sucks that I am a tile setter by trade, if my legs are sore and I have to keep getting up off my knees to make cuts its a long workday.
 
Will do miss the morning after and hiit in the evening if necessary.

Depends how sore your legs are. Sometimes I can do it, sometimes I can't.

Another thing I've tried lately is training arms immediately after legs. This gives my legs some time to recover so I can even do post workout HIIT on leg day.

Not everyone has the same definition of intensity... :eek:

Still, if you trained decently hard, I'd avoid any kind of HIIT the next day, and possibly any cardio at all. If it really does matter to you to have some done ed for peace of mind, some light bike seems the less traumatizing muscle wise, allowing for a better recovery.
 
I have always found that very light and I mean light biking for 40 min on the day following legs seems to help ease the pain for me.

well....i personally don't do shit for 2 days after my leg day.
 
It depends on if you're doing cardio everyday... You just have to do it. Leg day or not, I suck it up
 
I go through the same dilemma. The day after leg day is my most likely day to take off. However, if I feel good I will pick the form of cardio less likely to inflame what ever hurts.
