looking for recommendations for the most efficient peptide to inject in a localize fat. I have use hgh hgh frag.. I do know diet and cardio play big roll but just like to try a new peptide ...

I agree GH is the best, but please use English on this site.
 
Nothing has ever come remotely close to beating GH. Except IGF-LR3. I don't see how somebody couldn't lose fat on 100ug/day IGFLR3 and 2-4iu GH/day.

Interesting. I don't believe I've ever read of someone using LR3 for fat loss. If you don't mind me asking, what timing did you use for each? I'm assuming GH 2IU first thing in the morning and 2 IU pre bed? The LR3 I have virtually no experience with.

95% of RC quality IGF is just going to be GHRP with an IGF logo on it.

I've used GHRPs many years and IGF-lr3 for many years. I notice a distinct difference between the two. GHRP for instance does not make me go hypoglycemic in a caloric deficit, but IGF certainly does at 80-120ug/day.

PS I have two sources of IGF over the years and neither has ever had a "logo" on the vial :)

....that was an explanation of why people don't have success with IGF......
 
I've never heard of it. I heard of an incident about 15 years ago with long-acting slin being sold as IGF-LR3...but never GHRPs...
 
In my experience, taking 5iu of GH upon waking and doing about an hour of cardio on an empty stomach works miracles for fat loss. T3 is key. I'm sure others will argue the virtues of the T3-T4 combo, but I've managed pretty well with that combo and about a gram of test with about 350 of tren per week. Not really dieting hard...just have to bear through that empty stomach cardio thing.
