fat choices for breakfast?

4-6 whole eggs with coconut oil/cheese/avocado/bacon - switch fat source every morning to not get bored and I like this breakfast more than my previous typical oats/whey breakfast and somehow I perform better on just fats/protein prew than carbs/pro...
 
Always start my day with half a tin of tuna with 15g fat from almonds walnuts and olive oil mixed together with black pepper. A lot nicer than it sounds. Oh and a chicken breast and my fish is and evening primrose oil. Comes in about 50g protein and 24g fat. Never rest carbs in my first meal

seems our bodies responds very similar to a diet changes haha I always was high carb high prot believer for a breakfast/prew meal, since I have tried just fats/prot month or so ago, I perform a lot better, my energy more stable and seems strenght is up just on fats and protein. But I need carbs, a lot ofcarbs postw though...

Seems low or no carb first meal of the day is popular, what's the methodology. Avoid the insulin spike?

Continue to burn fat throughout day...better energy/no sluggish feeling and likely better focus.

Same Yes. I need lots of carbs every meal. Morning is the one time they make me sluggish so I don't eat them. Training carbless is the bollocks, intensity through the roof
