very curious on this, 6-8 years ago my legs never came in while dieting, but upper body and lower back came in first.
now i swear its opposite. relatively same size wise. Within 10-14lbs I think
also, my vascularity is way more now than it used to be. could that be to thinner skin/ leaner? Less hormones also. i find this interesting, so wondering thoughts.
not complaining, since my legs have always been an issue, hold fat like a woman.
Unsure if my waist grew over past few years with bulk, making me think my bf distribution is different.
