Its the first time I have managed to keep this much mass since comming off a few months ago, of course I lost some size but what gets me is, Im getting love handles despite desperatly switching to keto. This could be due to the high cortisol after withdrawing test, right?

Im thinking of adding clen as part of my pct in addition to nolvadex ,hcg and clommid. Would that be beneficial? I would respect everyones opinion. Also Im thinking of adding saw palemto and Yohimbine Hcl.

Clen would work, but I know a lot of people throw in OTC cort blockers, such as lean xtreme, lean fx, etc. Supposedly cortisol levels spike when coming off.
 
Bro, its bound to happen. You can do everything you can to fight it but it will be tough... been there. Once your levels stabalize and everything gets cranking as normal you will be able to shed it. My advice, concentrate on keeping the muscle
 
This is why my diet is at its very best when I come off. I also get a mental paranoia that Im going to lose everything so I train like a beast.
 
running IGF during PCT would probably help a lot. Unfortunately that stuff is expensive, but I plan on springing for another milligram of that stuff because I remember using it and dropping fat very quickly while on a dose of 25ug per day.

Also it has positive effects on steroid genesis (creation of natty test)...you can search the forums here to find a link to a study and explanation of this effect (the biology is above my head however). If it works though :cool:

You dropped fat with igf? Sure it wasnt gh bro? But like you said its expensive.

I used to train like a beast before and I dont know, I think I overtrained and lost a lot of mass. Now I just do one bodypart a day and only 3 or maximum 4 exercises and walk out without hardly breaking a sweat and Im finding that this has been the best way for me to hold on to mass. Some people still think Im on, which is a good thing. Its just those fucking love handles man, suprsisingly the keto diet is holding on the muscle but it dont seem half as effetive for fat burning as when using clen and t3 with the diet.
