Fat loss & dose amount

Androgens do increase the mobilization and utilization of fat stores for energy among several other mechanisms in which fat loss could be accelerated. Diet is the main determinate, where a caloric deficit is not necessary but a proper macronutrient selection.
 
Why not diet first, THEN add in the tren?

Sure tren will help you get a bit leaner, but I think at least a couple of guys here will agree that's it's going to do far more the leaner you are. Your going to have to diet ANYway might as well get that part done before adding in tren.

I don't rely on androgens for fat loss though.. the amount of fat loss they 'provide' is mininscule IMO.. especially when compared to fat burners


they just make you 'more inclined' in fat loss direction

Cant find the study but I think I general I saw that tren and var are the "best" AAS fat burners
 
I think most answered hot question but I would concur also he tren will help. It will help in general give you that "look" also. Harder, leaner, more vascularity, etc.

Plus 350 test and 200 tren I really don't see having anything more than a minor impact to bloods. Sometimes I throw in 75mgs of tren on mon, wed, and fri to my trt for vanity situations (vacations) like yours for 8-10 weeks and it works great.

I prefer the low dose 150-200 of tren a week for longer periods verse the 400-500+ amo Bra for shorter time.
