Fat loss - Double down on GH or add clen/t3

What's your total calories? Could maybe drop fats down up protein... manipulate it so total calories drop but your eating more volume for satiety. Move a little towards psmf

Personally I found 200mg DNP a couple days a week more tolerable than Clen. Cant stand the jitters even at low doses.

DNP plus 2iu of GH 2x per day was the best fat loss I ever saw... Obviously diet was low cal.

Clen makes me feel like dog shit at the lowest doses ! I won’t ever take it again.
 
I don't like t3 or stims like clen for fat loss because the body adapts and you need more and more and then you gain weight when you come off them.

I'd rather do something like a ripped mix plus a few moderate doses of GH spread throughout the day

Maybe experiment with one of those new fat loss drugs that decrease appetite.. semaglutide, etc..

Keep lots of lean protein, veggies, and fruits around so if I ever get hungry and cheat on the diet it's on stuff that wont prevent fat loss..

Throw in a couple extra gym sessions every week, focus on lots of ab work, walk to the gym when possible...

5 meals 50 protein, 75 carbs 15 fats so far. i can prolly go down to 60 carbs starting next week see how it goes.

weight is 242, so around 3175 calories started off around 3400-3500 about 8 weeks ago, weight was 255 initially.
