thanks osris, I am not a newbie and know how to diet. That is what bodybuilding forum was for 4 years ago =) lol.. anyways My diet so you know consists of 6 protein meals spread out on workout days usually 80 grams of carbs pre/post, on cardio days usually 30-40 grams mid day I like to keep no carbs in me right after cardio especially with the hgh and ghrp in me.. I will try more frequent pulsing and am starting aas up again so I can drop the calories even lower without risk of muscle loss if i have to. I also got 500ius of rips instead of the novo's which i was using from the guy on OM forums. I always reach a point where I cant lose much more weight every summer this summer with the use of peps/hgh I was hoping to break through that .. for me 33 inch waist usually 10% bodyfat. get up to 15% when bulking.. Right now I am about there but would love to fit into 32 inch jeans.. Anyways I plan to increase pulsing of peps, also what i notice is my abs are looking beter but there seems to be loosey skin? It isn't as thick on the bottom but its weird don'tt know how to explain
PS i never go by scale i have been 205 for the last 4 weeks and love seeing the belts go down a notch in size with the same weight
