Fat loss stalled, hgh ghrp-2 cjc. ideas?

Ok guys my fat loss is stalling my current routine is low/no carbs on cardio days and 100-120 on workout days, it has stalled and my protocol is ghrp/cjc first thing 100mg/250mg hgh 3iu 30 min after, same thing at night... should i switch it up to where i do a bigger dose of hgh on workoutdays, and cjc ghrp everyday? thanks
 
Yes, I have thought of that I have Ephedra now just when I wake up i take that with caffine because i go to the gym early and it helps lol. I never had good results with clen hasn't helped my cardio much but who knows and t3 always seemed to lose muscle without AAS, but i am starting test/tren so that shouldnt be a concern ...
 
Hows ur diet? U may need to bump calories up for a couple days, and take a couple days off from the peps. Remember it is unclear if u desensitize to ghrp-2! I'd u feel that part may not be working, it might not be. Ur taking 250mcgs cjc?
 
If you do desensitize to ghrp2, i must be IMMUNE=-)

Anyway, rather than increase the dose, why don't you increase the dosing frequency?

That way there is no desnsitization issues AND you get additional pulses
 
Try diet manipulation. Take a few days to relax and eat, give yourself a break.

Forget about drugs and or adding more. If you cant lose fat without drugs then your diet and mindset is crap.

exactly. people stress way too much and put too much dependency on aas and peptides. before changing your diet drastically change up your cardio a bit. if its not working then your body has adjusted to your diet so through it off with some STRESSFREE eating for a couple of days then back to work.

i am not a believer in your body adjusting to your diet. I think people plan their diets out to a T and that is the problem. Your body is not going to need the same thing from day to day. I know what macros i am comfortable with for fat loss and i pack meals accordingly and bring those meals along to work. I believe that people rely on these schedules and they think they wont make progress if their diet doesnt adhere to some arbitrary meal plan written on paper. I know that my hunger doesn't coincide with times on a piece of paper.

As for too much dependency on aas and peptides, i disagree again. With given macros etc, you will only lose so much bodyfat. You will reach a point where you will have to sacrifice muscle to lose that LAST bit of fat if thats what you are going for. AAS and peptides and numerous other things let you break that barrier and retain muscle, IMO

As for relying on peptides, he didnt ask for diet advice or judgement so i just answered his question. At this point, i assume that all of us here know our diets and what works for us and so i answered his peptide question

We also dont know anything about him, he could be at 5% and he is getting adivce to tighten his diet up.
 
How long has it been stalled for? Are you just going by scale, or are you actually measuring with other methods?

It could be an old fashioned "sticking point". I know I rarely see linear progression whether I'm trying to loose or gain.
 
thanks osris, I am not a newbie and know how to diet. That is what bodybuilding forum was for 4 years ago =) lol.. anyways My diet so you know consists of 6 protein meals spread out on workout days usually 80 grams of carbs pre/post, on cardio days usually 30-40 grams mid day I like to keep no carbs in me right after cardio especially with the hgh and ghrp in me.. I will try more frequent pulsing and am starting aas up again so I can drop the calories even lower without risk of muscle loss if i have to. I also got 500ius of rips instead of the novo's which i was using from the guy on OM forums. I always reach a point where I cant lose much more weight every summer this summer with the use of peps/hgh I was hoping to break through that .. for me 33 inch waist usually 10% bodyfat. get up to 15% when bulking.. Right now I am about there but would love to fit into 32 inch jeans.. Anyways I plan to increase pulsing of peps, also what i notice is my abs are looking beter but there seems to be loosey skin? It isn't as thick on the bottom but its weird don'tt know how to explain

PS i never go by scale i have been 205 for the last 4 weeks and love seeing the belts go down a notch in size with the same weight

there can be water retention on the peptides fyi. I got leaner but waterier(is this even a word).
 
Ghrps make me hold water bad. I dropped 4 pounds of water in 2 days about a week ago. I had increased ghrp-2 to 4x a day. I guess it quit working. I'm gonna take a couple days off from them and see if that does the trick.
 
yea i have heard that. the stomache situation is weird though. the top looks better see light veins but can still grab decent amount and pull it .. lol hard to explain
 
I'm with O on this one; I would just add a mid day, post work out injection so you are getting three big pulses a day instead of two.
 
ok thanks, i am getting used to it usually about 2 hours after my 2nd or third meal I will do it and then eat 30 min later but try for no carbs..
