My best fat loss came at 2-2.5iu every morning pinning(M-F). You know it works when your mother n law makes a comments like you have no fat on you body, are you eating enough food?
Don't know if this is correct but I was told not to consume Carbs 30 minutes post GH sub-Q injection. I do know that I had good result running it this way.
I work out 1st thing in the AM on an empty stomach ( I take creatine and l-carnitine).
