in the morning i eat/take mk677 then take my dog for a walk about 40mins. then come home and go to the gym. would i see any benefit in fat loss if i ate after the walk. then hit the gym. the only thing i was thinking might be a problem is eating a big meal 30 mins or so before i lift. im trying to figure out the best ways to use the peps for fatloss. i got another 12lbs id like to lose.
