I am running 750mgs of ICN's and 150mgs of fina EOD. How much cardio can I do without losing muscle, main goal right now is to get back down to 6%, then I will start my bulking. I am currently doing 1hr everyday but I love doing more but I always tell myself no. I was thinking since im on 750mgs of test and 150mgs of fina that 2 1hr cardio sessions, with high protein, low carbs would do the trick, and quick, any comments?
 
Do your cardio at "low-intensity" (low to mid-range heart rate) first thing in morning, prior to eating - so, only once a day max. The diet outline sounds good - keep your protein to around 350g (or more).

Kinda wondering why you are doing those ICNs as the basis for a cut cycle. Save them for bulking! I can see using a little test too,
but Id cut it down (maybe 500mg prop wk) and add EQ or winny or something.
 
hes got a better chance of holding more muscle and losing more fat if he goes with test and tren over tren less test with winny or eg thrown in for the lack of test
 
You stand little chance of losing muscle with that much androgen clouding your receptors. Losing bodyfat while keeping muscle is entirely dependant on sufficiant protein intake and anabolic hormones.
 
that all depends on how much androgens u normally require to grow, if u respond to low doses u need less then a guy who needs high levels to grow off of, also if u read my fat loss post u ll see that the more test he does the higher igf he will have, and i agree i doubt he will lose that much muscle but why take the chance?
