fat low chest

Hello guys.
I have Always have even when i competed, lot of far in the low chest and My nipples is not in low position but Little high respect the muscle under the far.
Now i Know that far loss is only good diet etc... And i am following that but there is some good trick to point far loss especially in the low chest?
Hgh local or sinthetine or what?

I store fat in my lower pecs, abs, and hips primarily.

The only way that I eliminated the lower pec fat was in consequence to reducing fat throughout my entire body as a unit by way of diet and exercise.

For me, it is amongst the last load of fat to go and also the first to appear when in a heavy surplus of calories.

I know that a lot of people now believe in spot reduction. However, based on the plentiful anecdotal evidencd that I've seen, even with drugs, I'm of the opinion that this is a load of rubbish
