Yohimbine, look up Lyle McDonalds' Stubborn Fat Solution, basically protocols are like this...
1) Low Carb diet + low intensity aerobic activity
-reduce carbs to 20% or less of total calories
-cardio done fasted or not
-recommends caffeine (100-200mg) + 1-3g l-tyrosine taken before hand to jack up catecholamine response
-durations, 45-60 minutes
-intensity, low to moderate, 130-140 BPM or a RPE of 3-4

2) Oral yohimbine + low intensity aerobic activity
-Really the same thing as above, just add in .2mg/kg of yohimbine to that pre-workout mix
-Low carb diet is not necessary, may help more, but not necessary when using the yohimbine
-Make sure if you are taking yohimbine that its on an empty stomach, insulin completely negates its effects. (Roughly NO FOOD 2 hours before or AFTER)
-Make sure its Yohimbine HCl
