Suggest people start at around the 52 minute mark and go from there for a lot of the good info.
Its very interesting to learn that a high fat/ high saturated fat diet and high cholesterol levels do NOT cause heart disease! Its actually a high carbohydrate, specifically, high sugar/highly refined carbohydrate diet along with high amounts of omega-6's from vegetable oils/soybean oils that causes heart disease. Ultimately it comes down to constantly high blood sugar which causes high insulin levels which cause inflammation of the arteries which is what leads to plaque formation, not just having high LDL. Man have we been given a load of garbage in the past decades!
