Father- 62 staying lean off TRT

He does have abs coming thru, the lights are not the best as this is a basement gym. Current cycle is 150mg test E a week and hard training with a solid diet.
Much credit, he is 6’1 and weighs 201lbs

Thanks I figured it would be cool to show even guys in their 60s can be in great shape.

He always worked out but noticed mood swings and fat gain no matter what he did.
I told him to get his testosterone checked and it came back a year ago at 287ng/ml or however they rate it.

Doc said “Androgel” and refused to put him on injectable test so I run it for him and he lost about 40lbs and feels great. TRT is a life saver

I told him he is showing up kids in their early 20's on tons of gear. Just like everyone on here knows, heavy weights and a good diet go a long way. 150MG of TRT sure does help too

You read my mind. He has a better build than 90% of the people out there. It’s great he lost 40lbs through diet, exercise, and TRT. How much cardio does he do and what type?

He’s truly inspiring.

For cardio he does 30 or so minutes of walking a few days a week, nothing too crazy in that regard. It is mainly the diet and hard training plus TRT that worked. He gets his bloodwork done and everything comes back spot on.

It's always cool to see the old school lifters doing heavy weights and sticking to basic compound movements and watching their diets. It's really inspirational to see and it shows guys at all ages can make some great gains by simple diet, cardio, and hard workouts.
